Processing Times

All Luxe Luna products are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before dispatch.
During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted, carbon-conscious delivery partners.

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): £3.99

  • Free UK Delivery on all orders over £40

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

At the moment, Luxe Luna ships within the UK only.
We are working towards expanding our shipping to select international regions soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know when this becomes available!

Sustainable Packaging

In line with our commitment to the planet, all Luxe Luna orders are shipped in plastic-free, recyclable or compostable packaging.
We encourage you to reuse or recycle your packaging wherever possible.

Delivery Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions, weather, or seasonal demand.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at sarah@luxeluna.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Send an email to sarah@luxeluna.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
